Job Title: Lead Project ControllerLocation: Samlesbury or Warton. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - this role is hybrid, with a minimum requirement of 60% of time on site. Please speak to your recruiter about the options for this roleSalary: £54,793 - £59,771 depending on experienceWhat you'll be doing: Monitoring performance and providing trend analysis to determine improvement areas and to support the development of key performance indicatorsOperating a project control system to define progress and identify programme performance issuesCreating and maintaining project schedulesDriving ownership of the work scope tasks throughout the project teamManaging project scope change and budget, applying Earned Value Management techniquesApplying risk and opportunity techniquesUndertaking team leadership responsibilities where necessaryYour skills and experiences: Experience with project control systemsExperience creating and maintaining project schedules using the relevant toolsets is essentialExperience applying Earned Value Management techniques is necessaryExperience of risk, opportunity and change management is requiredDemonstrated ability to lead a team with previous management experience is advantageousA formal project management qualification such as APMP, Prince 2 or equivalent experienceBenefits: You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
