Job DescriptionOversee supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectivenessProcuring a range of ingredients, foods, beverages and services.Analyse market trends and apply insights to procurement strategyDrive sustainability and ethical sourcing within the procurement processCollaborate cross-functionally to align procurement strategy with business objectivesDevelop and manage the procurement budgetLead and mentor team members, promoting professional development The Successful Applicant A successful Lead Procurement Consultant should have:Strong academic background in Business, Finance, or related fieldExperience working in the QSR, Leisure or Catering industries.
