This is an exciting new opportunity to joining an entrepreneurial business who are on a transformational journey.
We are looking for the right person to set up the PMO function from scratch, but also to work strategically with the business at an enterprise level to ensure the new Business Strategy is delivered.
This will include supporting the delivery of business plans, understanding drivers for success and working with senior leaders to set the set KPIs / metrics / financial plans with a focus on continuous improvement to deliver organisation wide impact.
As well as the more traditional PMO activities:
resourcing / utilisation
responsibility/allocation
Governance - across the business and reporting up to board level
The ideal candidate would also be from a retail FMCG or grocery background
This will be an
18 months Fixed Term Contract
- with the potential to extend / go permanent if the right person is interested once BAU is established
Up to 80k
depending on experience, plus benefits
Hybrid working, onsite in High Wycombe 3 days per week
