Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Planner to join our engineering team. The Lead Planner will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lead planning, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of engineering processes and principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies.
Manage the supply chain and inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary materials.
Overseeing and optimizing our production processes

Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.

Analyze project data and generate reports to support decision-making and project optimization
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project planning and scheduling.
Qualifications:
degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
experience as a Planner or Scheduler within the engineering sector, with a track record of managing complex projects.
proficiency in project planning tools and software, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
the supply chain and inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary
analytical and problem-solving abilities.
