Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Planner to join our engineering team. The Lead Planner will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lead planning, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of engineering processes and principles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.

* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies.

* Manage the supply chain and inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary materials.

* Overseeing and optimizing our production processes

* Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.

* Analyze project data and generate reports to support decision-making and project optimization

* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project planning and scheduling.

Qualifications:

* degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

* experience as a Planner or Scheduler within the engineering sector, with a track record of managing complex projects.

* proficiency in project planning tools and software, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
