JOB DESCRIPTIONPlanning services for the Total FGRS EPC project.RESPONSIBILITIES Planning in p6 with fully resource loaded schedules, baselines, progressed via Imperium batch progress
Histograms and s-curve production
Job set up in Imperium work management and reporting
Management of MDR and associated deliverables
Mapping estimates and changed to P6
Schedule updates to dates and highlighting any variance from the baseline to the project team
Calulating productivity of resources
Input to project dashboards
Updation of PowerBI reporting
Highlighting areas of concerns
