Our stores range from 3 all the way up to 13 testing rooms, so we have something for everyone!We are looking to recruit an ambitious Lead Optometrist. We’re a community-focused store dedicated to ensuring that every one of our customers receives an excellent patient experience. We’re seeking an Optometrist ready to use their passion and knowledge to help us build on our ever-growing and loyal customer base. Join us at Specsavers in Norwich where we deliver the very best in customer care.Not only are you less than 40 minutes from the beach but you can also get to Cambridge in an hour and London in less than 2 hours on a direct service route. What’s on offer?• Salary: Up to £75,000 (depending on experience and supervision)• Full or Part Time available!• 6 month and 12-month contracts available along with Permanent positions• Incentivised bonus structure based on individual performance• A clear direction in your optical career• Multi site working possible across a Large store with 12 test rooms and a small store with 3 – can either work between stores or separately. • Opportunity for lead Optometrist• Personal and clinical development opportunities including EOS and supervising pre-reg.• GOC fees paid• Up to 33 days annual leave• Relocation package available for those moving for the role to include accommodation.Location:Norwich was traditionally known as the chief city of east Anglia and is located in Norfolk. With ILM courses, Pre-Reg supervision and the Specsavers Partnership scheme (Pathway) all available to explore. Along with your clinical expertise – this will stand you in good stead if you choose to become a store director yourself one day.
