Are you a seasoned Lead Migration Analyst based in Cardiff, with a passion for driving successful software implementation projects? Sapiens UK is seeking someone like you to join our team of Life & Pensions software delivery experts.With at least 5 years of industry experience, ideally in Life and Pensions, and a track record of leading configuration or technical activities on three or more software implementation projects, you'll be at the forefront of our migration efforts with one of our key clients.Location: Cardiff, UK (Hybrid Flexible)Please note that this role is open to candidates that can easily commute to our Cardiff office. We are not offering Visa/Relocation support.Key Responsibilities are:To act as a focal point of migration projects for the client.Lead requirements gathering sessions as well as migration project life cycle with the client.Produce migration scope, strategy, processes, testing, and reconciliation documents aligned to the overall project scope.Support and guide the implementation of system changes via liaison with the development team and the client.Review test plans.Guide and mentor migration developers.Skills & Experience Required are:5+ years of experience in the industry, preferably in Life and Pensions.Configuration or technical activities on 3 or more software implementation projects.Project management experience on at least one migration implementation project is preferred.Requirements gathering and documentation experience.Experience leading workshops with clients.Experience working with configurable systems.Experience working with Policy Administration systems.Experience with package solutions and package implementation is desirable.Technical background: SQL, Programming languages.Proven client facing experience.A strong hands-on approach to business and excellent problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills in English – ability to clearly articulate requirements.About Sapiens ...Sapiens International Corporation (NASDAQ and TASE: SPNS) empowers the financial sector, with a focus on insurance, to transform and become digital, innovative, and agile.
