Lead Mechanical Fitter - Overhaul

Due to company growth and increase in workloadwe are looking for anexperienced Senior Mechanical Fitter to join a leading business based near Alloa. This role provides the opportunity to work on a range of rotating equipment including Centrifugal Pumps, Motors and Turbines.
The successful candidate MUST have demonstrable experience working in a similar role overhauling rotating equipment in a workshop environment.
Candidates must also be time served in a Mechanical discipline.
Hours - Monday
Thursday 8AM
4.30PM/ Friday 8AM
3:40PM - Every 4th Friday is given as a day off.
OT is available at premium rates with site working 8
10 hours per week
Realistic OTE is £50k
Role Description
Strip down and report condition ofrotating equipment prior to repair
Overhaul of Centrifugal Pumps, Motors and Turbines.
Advise and recommend corrective actions.
Working closely with department Team leaders and Supervisors to ensure all work is carried out in a timely manner and to the required quality standard.
Skills / Qualifications
Candidates will ideally be time served in a Mechanical Discipline
Demonstrable experience in overhaul of Rotating Equipment
Pumps/ Turbines/ Motors
Ability to accurately read, review and interpret manufacturing designs, drawing and schematics
