You will possess a real passion for beauty and for delivering a world class client experience.Job DescriptionTo continue the growth of our Brand, we are looking for an experienced make-up artist to join the team based in Flannels Flagship store in Sheffield on a part time 20h per week contract.The OpportunityProvide expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products from everyday looks to special eventsAssist clients with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases with the brand and throughout the storeWith training provided, we expect you to maintain specialised product knowledge and reinforce the Pat McGrath application techniques with your teamAccountable for achieving sales goals and maintain consistent and regular appointment bookingsAnalyse sales and create strategies with management to consistently meet and exceed goalsAn expert in cosmetics, you will share your knowledge to provide our customers with exceptional and personalised serviceWork as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience. From sellingand replenishing stock &visual standards, to hosting and relationship building, you understand there ismore to the customer experience than just selling​Manage customer feedback, and use it constructively to continually raise the bar for service,sales and retail standardsAdapt to the challenges that vary from day to day. A flexible role, you may be required to workon different departments, taking your service excellence and collaborative spirit with you​Use your natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends by taking every opportunity toexpand your knowledge of products and competitors​Own the planning and delivery of in-store eventsBe confident to lead masterclasses and trainings both one to one and to a groupReplenish stock as needed and keep testers and counter clean and attractive to ensure the brand is presented at the highest level and hygiene standards are metAbility to build a clientele and a loyal repeat customer base.Understand and follow health, safety and security procedures, and play an active role inpreventing stock lossEnsure compliance with all store policies and proceduresChampion our company culture and valuesQualificationsExperienced Lead Makeup Artist with a minimum of 3years’ experience Ability to perform high quality makeup applications that align with the brand service menu is essentialConfidently connects artistry and education to salesSocial/digital portfolio of work with significant following preferredComprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest productsA great communicator. You will be able to positively engage with all customerswith varying needs and requirements​Well Informed. You will develop excellent product knowledge by following trends and beingaware of our competitor’s activity, along with taking part in brand training​Known to be a sales and service expert. You’ll use these skills to deliver the extraordinaryeachand everytime and take the initiative to provide additional services where appropriate​Flexible. Responsive to business needs, you are happy and comfortable to take responsibility fortasks that may go beyond the role expectation​A confident coach, and self-driven to upskill and learn.
