LEAD Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing) £50,000 DAYS

Maintenance Engineer London needed for a senior role work for a passionate well established manufacturer that have built a solid strong team and structure in place over 50 years.

Lead Maintenance Engineer will be a Monday to Friday role

Salary pays up to £50,000

As a Lead Maintenance Engineer YOU MUST have Manufacturing experience working on process/ production machinery and have experience of writing reports, managing contractors etc.

Overtime available

Lead Maintenance Engineer Desired Skills and Experience

Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics qualification or Apprenticeship and experience.

Lead Maintenance Engineer Duties

To carry out the requirements of the planned preventive maintenance programme.

Lead a small team of engineers
Deal with reports, planning and delaging of work
Assist with engineers so solid practical hands on experience maintaining machinery
Manage contractors on site
Attending to breakdowns in a fast paced environment
Be involved with machinery upgrades
Source parts
Deal with contractors
Continuous improvement projects
Planned maintenance
Fault finding and repairing machinery
Engineering out problems
Adhere to H&SCommutable from Wandsworth, Vauxhall, Lambeth, Victoria, Clapham, Battersea, Richmond and other parts of London and Surrey
