We are a fast-growing tech recruitment start-up business with a vision to become the largest DevOps and cloud specialist recruitment agency in the UK and Europe within the next five years. We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in our growth journey, early in our existence.
Role Description:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be solely focused on the client side of recruitment. Your sole responsibility will be to win new business and onboard new clients, building strong relationships with hiring managers and talent teams respectively. You will be a key driving force in the growth of our business, playing a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious goals.
With that being said, we are offering the best commission scheme in the UK. This is a commission only role for the first 6 months. If you have contacts who you can bring to the table, you will be highly compensated once we place within those businesses.
