We are currently recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking private Training Provider for a Lead IQA Specialist.



Our client offers support to employers and apprentices across the UK in designing, managing, and delivering the best apprenticeship provision just the way they want it. They aim to provide life-changing adventures for customers delivering excellence in all its courses & services.

The role will expect you to support the development of the IQA processes for both qualification and apprenticeship-based programmes. They currently work in the following sectors of apprenticeships (Hospitality, Outdoor Education, Early Years, Leadership and Management, Business Administration, Customer Service, and Agriculture) from Level 2 to Level 5, and deliver qualifications including (Functional Skills, Award in Education, Certificate in assessing vocational achievement, ILM L2,3 &5)



Although a home-based role, working independently and managing your hours to meet the needs of all parties including and operational needs of STS the role does require you to travel as required.



Key responsibilities:




  • To support with the IQA strategy requirements, working closely with the training specialists to ensure a high-quality provision is delivered to the apprentices.

  • Develop and manage resources to support learning across the different sectors including standardisation meetings.

  • Produce reports for stakeholders to ensure learner progress is monitored.

  • Contribute to the ongoing quality improvement plan and processes.

  • Collaborative work with all of the team to ensure auditable activities are captured.

  • Support the teaching observation team to continuously drive forward high-quality teaching and learning.

  • To ensure the EQA process across a range of different awarding bodies is successful.

  • Monitoring the internal system dashboard to report and action plan with the training specialists.



Experience required:




  • Hold relevant industry (professional) related qualifications and certificates to complete the IQA process

  • Knowledge and ability to deliver AET/CAVA qualifications

  • Competent in the use of ICT to include Word, Excel, and Microsoft teams

  • A strong commitment to your own continuous professional development (CPD)

  • Efficient time management & organisational skills

  • GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or functional skills equivalent)
