Aker Solutions in Dyce, Aberdeen are looking for a Lead Instrument Engineer for a 3 year Brownfield modifications contract. The contract provides flexible working arrangements for this inside IR35 role. A staff role is also available.
Responsibilities:
Lead team of instrument engineers and designersRequired activities to facilitate smooth and timely delivery of assigned C&I Engineering scopes to acceptable company standardProgress reporting as required for assigned scopesCompliance with policy, process, and regulationsProject awareness of risks and mitigating actionsPromotion of compliance with company Health & Safety standardsLead / participate in meetings as required to deliver the contracted scope of work.We think you should have:Proven experience of offshore brownfield modification projectsSound working knowledge of relevant industry codes and standardsConversant with appropriate technical softwareStrong, professional communication still with experience in client facing rolesDegree is preferred, CEng would be greatWith over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining andManufacturingsectors worldwide.
