We're seeking a Lead Engineer to join a global Tech team. In this dynamic environment, you'll lead a team, drive service excellence, and ensure top-notch IT support for the organisation.
This is a Leadership role which is 50/50 with being hands on, someone from a systems administrator/infrastructure or similar background would be ideal. You'll be collaborating with the service desk teams but also work with other areas of the infrastructure setup.
You will:
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to align service initiatives with organisational goals.
Lead the planning, design, and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure IT systems.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service agreements.
Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for IT services.
Foster a culture of collaboration and professional growth within the team.
