Our customer, an independent HR company, is seeking a Lead HR Consultant to take the reins in developing and engaging their HR delivery team in Glasgow on a Hybrid basis.
As the Lead HR Consultant, you will develop and engage the HR delivery team, deliver high-quality HR services, and provide tailored advice on various HR cases and projects. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining client relationships, naturally building new and existing relationships to promote the business, and coaching the Consultant team. If you're a strategic, results-driven HR professional with a passion for excellence, we want to hear from you. Main Responsibilities:
Lead and engage the HR delivery team to provide high-quality services. Offer expert advice on HR cases, collaborate on projects, and maintain client relationships. Coach and support the development of the Consultant team. Network and build new client relationships. Deliver client services, HR support, and consultancy work. Lead the renewals of key client accounts and wider account management. Identify potential business opportunities and support the sales and marketing strategy. Update HR Knowledge through research, seminars, and networking events. Develop new initiatives and ideas for business growth.
Skills & Experience
Degree in Human Resources or similar qualification CIPD membership Extensive senior HR experience
Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with HR systems and tools
