Lead HR Business Partner

Job DescriptionWe are excited to be partnering with an education charity who are looking for a Regional Lead HR Business Partner to join them for an initial 6 month period.Reporting to an HR Director, in this role you will be responsible for leading a small team, coaching and mentoring and providing both strategic and operational expertise at a regional level.It is essential that you have:Experience working as a Lead/Senior HRBP at a regional levelTeam management experienceExperience working in the Education sectorExperience in overseeing recruitmentStrong employee relations experienceThis role will be covering the London region, with an expectation to be onsite at various sites within the region 2-3 days per week.Please note this is a 6 month fixed-term contract, and the client are looking for someone to start by the end of June.
