This is a new and exciting role for Roundabout, which is now being sought following significant organisational growth.
About the role
The role will specifically develop a positive people programme that supports our vision, culture and values and encompasses all aspects of people management and staff well- being from recruitment, on-boarding and induction and throughout employment at Roundabout.
The role will provide the right person with the scope to develop an HR function from scratch within an organisation where people really are at the heart of everything, enabling the post-holder a real opportunity to affect impact across the organisation and make a difference.
This role, whilst standalone, will work closely with the Deputy CEO and Payroll and Personnel and effectively coordinate all generalist HR activities across Roundabout and work on
the development and embedment of the organisations HR Handbook and people strategy to build and strengthen organisational culture and enhance performance and well-being in the work force.
