Job Description Lead EUC Engineer - Public Sector Manage and support EUC services within the Technology and Business Services team.Handle Microsoft 365 Apps, Windows 10/11, SCCM, Intune, and Defender for Endpoint.Contribute to the modern endpoint management approach and collaborate on various projects.Maintain roadmaps for EUC applications, hardware, and endpoint security.Deploy applications, monitor endpoints, and resolve software/hardware issues.Lead investigations of escalated incidents and drive them to resolution.Stay updated on modern endpoint management technologies for continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant Lead EUC Engineer - Public Sector The successful candidate will need to have experience in the following areas:Candidate must be eligible to be SC Cleared. Extensive experience with SCCM, Intune, group policies, and Defender for Endpoint.Proven ability to secure and protect endpoints and manage application lifecycles.Demonstrated initiative in identifying and addressing potential problems.Track record of process improvement and automation.Ability to create effective roadmaps and manage the EUC technology landscape.
