Successful candidates will have a excellentinterpersonal skills, great administration and IT skills, have an ability to conducttool box talks and liaise with important stakeholers. You will be appropriately qualified with a proven track record of operating in CommercialEnvironments and be responsible for day to day maintenance and improvement of plant, assets, and servicesIf you are a qualified Engineer with the before mentioned experience and are looking to diversify into a specific area of Building Maintenance this is the role for you.In return for your experience and expertise, you will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary, vehicle, pension, overtime, specilaist tools and other company incentives.KEY REQUIREMENTS Technically qualified in HVACEngineering.
