Lead Engineer

One of our clients is currently in an exciting period of growth and they are now looking for Lead Engineers to join their team! As a new Lead Engineer, you would be key to maximising this growth through coaching in terms of technical performance, achieving technical evangelism and acting in a leadership role in terms of design review.

The technologies you will be using
C#, .NET Core, Micro Services, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, REST API, Kafka, Scala, Spark, IoT, event-driven architecture
Skills and experience
Proven abilities in coaching technical performance within a team and across a business, setting technical objectives and measuring progress
Highlighting training requirements within a multi discipline agile team
Technical domain design skills
Technical debt identification and pay down
Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
Advocate and leadership of design review
Technical evangelism
Able to implement patterns of enterprise architecture
Working with architecture focused road maps
Positive attitude in the workplace
