4 on 4 off shift pattern covering days and nights
Lead Engineer Purpose:
Due to an internal promotion were now recruiting foraLead Engineertojoin us at Bridgwater to further develop and improve our engineering function. Supporting our Shift leads,actingas out of hours point of contact for the site.Ensuringthat work schedules are met and any issues escalated in line with site procedures. To act as lead for engineers in regard to workprioritisation and absence.
Responsibilities of a Lead Engineer:
Engineering activities as defined by planner and team leader.
Ensure team compliance to CMMs and maintenance plan.
Reprioritise work orders in line with prevailing shift performance
To escalate in line site procedures any none conformance or significant breakdown/failure and act as engineering point of contact.
