What you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the Delivery, Quality, and Performance of 5G Embedded Software Solutions
• Crafting the Embedded Software Roadmap
• Managing the Sourcing, Procurement, and Integration of Third-Party Software Solutions
• Establishing the Embedded Software Development Environment and Strategy for ongoing refinement of Best Practices and Methods for Embedded Software Development
• Recruiting, Managing, and Mentoring a Team of Embedded Software Developers
• Collaboration with Hardware, Test, and Applications Software Leads
