A key client of mine, an industry leading FM powerhouse are seeking the services of an experienced electrical engineer who has some lead/supervisory experience within the commercial industry. This is a static role working in a multi-storey commercial office building with high end corporate clients inside. Previous experience with working in�corporate buildings is desirable but not essential.�

You'll be working/leading a small team of multi-skilled engineers reporting into the contract manager directly, this will still be a hands on role with some minor admin duties included, so the right candidate must be computer literate.�

• PPM's + Reactive Maintenance�

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent�


• 18th edition�
