Anderson McQue is partnering with a global Energy Engineering Services business to source a Lead Electrical and Grid Engineer to lead this function across EMEA. This is an important role responsible for the electrical and grid capability that supports a variety of projects within the UK and wider EMEA region.
This position will manage the regional resources, including overseas design offices, to ensure project design requirements are met, while interfacing with clients and maintaining the delivery schedule. Your work will cover many key areas including Wind, Solar PV and BESS, and other renewables; focusing on balance of plant, grid connection and transmission infrastructure. Your technical experience will support business development and pursuits, possibly contributing to bids and proposals, as well as the tendering process for EPC contracts. You will also offer mentorship and development guidance to a team of Electrical Engineers, including the UK based graduate Electrical Engineers, as a further aspect of the role.
