Leading a small tight-knit team of front-end and back-end developers, you'll have the chance to have a direct impact on the growth of both your team and the company itself.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leading integration projects and collaborating across a diverse array of business functions.
Responsibilities
Drive integration product ownership, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical feasibility.
Collaborate with BAs, Scrum Masters, and SDMs to design robust, scalable, and efficient applications
Mentor junior team members, and help teammates succeed through knowledge sharing and constructive feedback
Lead all Point to point Integrations, the business is moving from Blendr.io to Azure Logic Apps- additionally support enterprise app integration
Support technical excellence on multiple platforms
Contribute to engineering standards, tooling, processes, and cultures
Skills and Technology
Strong application development experience within a Microsoft .NET based environment.
Experience in leading projects and supporting more junior team members.
Experience with Cloud Platforms such as MS Azure.
Experience with development and design with the following technologies: C#, .NET. Visual Studio, Visual Code .NET Core, .NET Web APIs, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Salesforce, APEX.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse internal stakeholders ranging from technical teams to top-level executives.
Proactive problem-solving capabilities and excellent time-management skills
Other technical knowledge – Salesforce, workday, Pardot
