THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Looking to optimise efficiency and drive strategic growth, they are now looking to hire a Lead Data Analyst to spearhead their Business Intelligence efforts.
Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing data to inform critical decision-making and drive actionable insights across the organization.
Your day to day will involve:
Manage and optimize Tableau dashboards to provide comprehensive data insights to all departments.
Utilize SQL to extract and analyze data from our BigQuery data warehouse.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Product, Business Development, and Content.
Focus on data utilization efficiency, continuously seeking ways to streamline processes and enhance business performance.
Oversee existing data infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and reliability.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
From a technical perspective, you will require:
Proficiency in Tableau, SQL and cloud data warehouses.
Experience with BigQuery, DBT, or Python/R is beneficial.
Your background should include:
Experience leading BI capabilities as an individual contributor.
Demonstrated commercial acumen and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
A self-starter mindset with a strong drive for success and ownership.
