Surecall Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Lead Data Analyst to join our friendly team in the Gloucestershire area.

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

This job role involves but is not limited to:

Provide high level data analytical support in respect of identified short and long term workforce related projects to a range of stakeholders, including Board level. This includes internal reporting, such as divisional or executive board reports, and external reporting, such as ICS, Regional or National reports. The post holder will be expected to lead, adjust and amend numerical plans as required.

To assist the Head of People Planning and Workforce Information Team in the development of workforce information provision to meet statutory requirements, support organisational needs and to manage systems and data associated with the workforce, as well as continuous overview of data quality. Creating and managing data modelling, analysis and performance dashboards that support strategic and operational business planning for the Trust, to lead advanced analysis, interpretation and presentation of highly complex data and information to support Divisional and Trust development and decision making.

This includes providing concise and clear information by analysing and manipulating highly complex data sets to produce high quality management information in an efficient and effective manner for the Trust's Board and senior managers and clinical staff. Essential to this is bench-marking workforce data, trajectories for future mapping, looking across a range of data sets etc.

Direct Line Management of the Workforce Information team.

Once established in the role, act as ESR lead for the Trust, reporting to the Head of People Planning & Workforce Information.

To deputise for Head of People Planning and Workforce Information Team as required.

Work collaboratively with other members of the People Planning & Workforce Information team to ensure delivery of complete first-class service to our colleagues.

You will need:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience of working within information analysis.

- Experience of working within the NHS and knowledge of NHS data definitions and terminology.

- Experience of managing and leading staff.

- Knowledge and experience of using ESR or a similar system.

- Degree level education or equivalent.
