Hybrid, as well as part-time working availableWe are thrilled to partner with a leading healthcare establishment dedicated to elevating the health and welfare of the communities it serves. Currently, we are on the lookout for a Lead Data Analyst Workforce to join their team in Gloucestershire.
As a Lead Data Analyst – Workforce, you will provide high-level analytical support for workforce projects to stakeholders, including executive level. Collaborate with the Head of People Planning to develop workforce information provision and manage data systems.Key Responsibilities:
Progress workforce development plans in collaboration with Organisational leaders.
Conduct ongoing research to enhance workforce information analysis.
Analyse complex data and present findings effectively.
Manage and lead the Workforce Information team.
Provide expert advice on data collection tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree level education or equivalent.
In-depth knowledge of information-related field.
Expertise in ESR or similar systems and NHS data.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in information analysis.
Experience in managing staff and working in the NHS.
Skills & Abilities:

Comfortable working with complex data
Strong analytical skills
