Lead D365 Finance Functional Consultant -
D365 F&O, D365 Finance and Operations, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, AX2012, AX2009, D365, Finance Consultant, Finance Functional Consultant, Functional Consultant, Project Accounting, Project Management Accounting, PMA, PSA – Hybrid – Surrey – Hampshire - £70,000-£100,000pa
Our boutique Microsoft partner client are looking for a
Lead D365 Finance Functional Consultant
to join them on a permanent basis, working alongside some of the best Finance Architects in the UK, to assist with their client's ERP implementations. This position is primarily onsite, requiring you on site in Surrey 3 days per week.
Key Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years Dynamics 365FO/AX experience (preferable D365 FO Certified)
Involvement in full end-to-end implementations and all phases of project life cycle
Support & Functional Development of Finance /ERP systems (essential)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience or knowledge of Project Management Accounting (PMA/PSA) desirable
Finance
background/qualifications
preferred but not essential
Responsibilities:
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant, you’ll work on a wide variety of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects
Together with the client, you analyse the current business processes and through interviews and workshops, you capture the customer needs and challenges and finally you translate all this information into future business processes aligned with D365 best practices
Previous experience leading teams and ensuring best practises are kept to the highest standards
You coach less experienced team members in configuring the system and training end-users
Know that you’ll be able to realize projects for companies large and small, in every possible industry, with a focus on professional services and project-driven businesses
Review and approve reconciliations, investigate variances and provide commentary to the Finance team
Continuously identify opportunities to improve and control processes across the business to meet the demands of clients
Provide functional expertise and mentorship with a focus on D365 & Financial processes
