Harvey Nash are delighted to be recruiting for a Lead D365 Engineer on behalf of our client.

With a diverse workforce and a long-standing tradition of delivering top-tier services, this organisation has established itself as a leader in its field.

We are currently seeking a Lead Engineer to spearhead a team dedicated to developing, customising, and maintaining their Microsoft, Sales, and CRM 365 solutions.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of experience in developing, customizing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft D365.
  • Proven expertise in extending/managing data schema changes within the common data model (Microsoft Dataverse/Higher Education Accelerator).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and diagnose issues in Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency in web services, REST APIs, and integration tools.
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Azure and its integrations with Dynamics 365.

  • Strong initiative, coupled with excellent organizational, planning, and self-management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse collaborators and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

Desired Skills:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400).
  • Familiarity with the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Competence in programming languages/frameworks such as C#, JavaScript, and React.
  • Experience in developing complex reports and code in tools like Power BI.
  • Knowledge or experience in Agile (Scrum) and Azure DevOps methodologies.
