We are looking for an experienced Consultant to join us in creating these results for our clients. What Will You Do?As one of our Lead Consultants, based from our office in central Newcastle, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and execution of our behavioural work with clients. You will partner with business leaders to embed behavioural and leadership insight from our SaaS platform. This will include leadership consultancy and performance coaching, updates to cultural initiatives, organisational development or bespoke training delivery, and coaching managers & leaders on productivity & performance improvement.Outside of delivery of consultancy work, you will be pivotal in the evolution of our SaaS platform for even better client deliverables, initiate opportunities to network with potential clients and account manage existing clients through an optimum customer experience. What Are We Looking For? A proven individual with a drive for action who has a business strategy, leadership and coaching background, who has an established track record of driving performance and business change, with an already established strong network of peers and potential future clients. Why Join Us?By becoming a part of Duo, you’ll be joining a close knit, collaborative team that values the contribution of each and every team member.
