Job Description As a Lead Collections Specialist you will be working in a Contact Centre environment supporting the team and paralegals with the below duties Provide supervision to a team of collections agents Share appropriate collections knowledge alongside full support and guidance Working efficiently using the case management system and ensuring service level agreements are exceeded Ensuring the team are adhering to compliance regulations and procedures Responsible for any escalations and more complex cases
The Successful Applicant Previous supervision experience Experience working within collections and debt recoveryExcellent people management skills Able to work towards strict deadlines and in a busy environment Commercial and financial awarenessThe ability to coach and give feedback
