Are you an expert in Civil 3D?
Want to take a leading role in Civil 3D design?
I am looking for a Lead Civil 3D Designer to join a blue chip, international design consultancy for their office in Epsom. Applicants not within commuting distance will also be considered.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up teams and structures to generate and deliver models and drawings to established standards on a range of projects from nationally significant to smaller scale schemes. Excellent communication skills will be required to liaise with other disciplines, modellers, engineers and clients to ensure that designs are delivered right first time.
Essential skills & requirements:

  • Fully competent in AutoCAD & Civils 3D.
  • Experience implementing and administrating common data environments such as ProjectWise / BIM360.
  • Detailed Knowledge of External Works, Utilities & Highways modelling.
  • Leading Teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to adopt new technology / techniques.
  • Knowledge of BIM.


Preferred skills & requirements:

  • Experience interfacing with Revit modelling.
  • Prior experience of producing BIM Execution Plans.
  • Awareness / previous experience of ESRI ArcGIS.
  • Navisworks capability.
