A high-performing well founded start up is seeking a Machine Learning Scientist to join their Tech Team to help build up there Platform. We are looking at people at all levels even from Lead/Senior or Chief Scientist level! This individual will work on the build-out there platform and manage their processes and analysis, Vision on this role from the CTOYou will be working in a Global Team but they do have a Few Machine Learning Scientists working here in the UKThe Reason why the role is open is… that they want to grow there London presence on the Tech side.This company is going to be BIG and they have HUGE Expansion plans MUST HAVES:Someone who has worked in as a Lead/Senior or Chief Machine Learning Scientist (we are looking at people at all levels)Ideally a PHD! Or someone who has published a paperDriven and personableStrong Personality, Sharp, presentable and a fantastic communicatorMotivated, Agile and someone who can work at high speed.Candidates with published papers in top conferences are preferred (e.g. NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ACL, EMNLP etc) Happy to call you Chief Scientist if you would like. No issues. We are constantly looking for good people. Key Responsibilities:Develop and optimize machine learning models to harness the power of GPUs for accelerated training and inference, ensuring efficient utilization of GPU resources;Identify and implement optimization techniques to maximize GPU performance and reduce training time;Scale machine learning models on GPU clusters or distributed GPU environments for large-scale datasets and complex workloads;Conduct benchmarking and performance testing to assess the impact of GPU optimizations and ensure model reliability and accuracy;Trace and deploy the models into production environments;Requirements:PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field; Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer with a strong emphasis on GPU acceleration;Proficiency in DL frameworks (e.g., PyTorch) and distributed training framework (e.g. Deepspeed);Experience in optimizing deep learning models for GPU acceleration;In-depth knowledge of GPU architectures and CUDA programming;Strong programming skills in languages like Python and C/C++;Familiarity with GPU cluster environments and GPU cloud services This role offers a competitive base salary and a 50-100% bonus potential, with hybrid working in Central London.
