With a foothold in over 35 countries and client-base in excess of 500 organisations across industry, research and academia, these solutions benefit a wide array of domains, offering accelerated process design optimisation and increased reliability, productivity and sustainability. Having tripled in size over the past 6 years, they are amidst an ongoing scale-up project and currently looking for an experienced C++ engineer to join the team.

As Lead Software Engineer, you will lead on the modernisation of their existing platform and design of new simulation software products, ensuring seamless integration with their GUI and build pipelines. You will be expected to interact with key stakeholders to define and develop new features, which brings the pre-requisite of strong communication skills and a collaborative nature.

Key requirements:

• A degree in computer science or relevant subject.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience programming multithreaded applications in C++ on Windows.
• Experienced in GUI development and integrating CI/CD build pipelines.

Desired, but not essential:

• Experience programming in C#, Java and/or Python.
• Experience using cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker and/or Kubernetes.
