As a Lead / Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring our team, ensuring we deliver high-quality software that meets user needs and business objectives. You will also be responsible for establishing a clear technical vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with the product vision and company goals.
Responsibilities:
Establish and communicate a clear technical vision and strategy for the software development team
Guide and mentor engineers in making informed technical decisions
Set the bar for engineering excellence by demonstrating exceptional technical skills
Hands-on coding and development to implement solutions
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment
Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks
Mentor and coach junior engineers
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders
Skills:
Proven experience in C# and web development
Strong proficiency in Blazor and Razor syntax
Familiarity with Front End technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with .NET Core/.NET 5+ is a plus
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
