Lead Business Analyst

Lead Business Analyst | Permanent | North West London | £55-58k
We are currently on the lookout for an experience Business Analyst willing to join a fantastic Non-Profit Organisation, with a fantastic purpose, based in North West London. This role will offer crucial support in the programme, supporting a number of project managers as well as leading more junior BAs to drive delivery across the workstreams.
They are looking for someone with intuition, drive and a 'doer' attitude who can come to line management with solutions alongside problems. A technically-minded, excellent communicator to ensure the workload is taken off the manager's shoulders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
Building up frameworks, templates and best practices
Developing internal processes, business process mapping
Managing and supporting 3-4 BAs
Working heavily alongside engineering a data teams, as well as other various stakeholders
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in similar BA role(s)
Stakeholder, team management and communication experience essential
Knowledge of data, with a medical background to understand industry jargon
Non-profit experience very beneficial
Experience working in agile methodology, but understanding of other methodologies as well

£55-58k pa + great benefits
At least 2 days a week in office hybrid working
