REQ ID: 122980JOB TITLE: Lead Business AnalystSALARY: Up to £75,000POSTING END DATE: 22/04/2024LOCATION: GaydonBeyond Property, Purchasing, HR and IT, more than being part of our Finance or Marketing teams, beyond even Sales and Service, every role in every business area offers unique opportunities to make an impact on the future of mobility and the automotive industry.As a Lead Business Analyst you will spearhead the coordination and development of JLR's digital portfolio by working closely with the orchestration team within Customer Experience (CX) in addition to business stakeholders across CX, Digital and the wider business. JLR is currently going through an aggressive transformation across its commercial digital landscape from interactions channels and customer data through to finance and payments to meet the needs of its modern luxury clients.The role will connect JLR's leading business and digital capabilities through best practice with functional transformation activity from across the business. You'll be overseeing service design including blueprinting, leading on JIRA usage, and enabling success, with opportunities to utilise any existing technical skills you may have, to supercharge function teams in their delivery of digital projects.WHAT TO EXPECT Support development of Epic hypotheses for new CX portfolio epics Understanding customer journey and business requirements and translation to epic solutions / blueprints Responsible for analysing new requests (portfolio epics) and working with business to determine associated requirements
Defining measurable outcomes that directly contributes to customer value relating to each CX portfolio epic Responsible for identifying gaps and requirements in the customer experience as articulated by the demand requestor and ensuring a robust solution Supporting the ongoing evolution of the orchestration process Ensuring consistency and standards of service blueprints and other orchestration artefacts Managing portfolio epics through the orchestration process and representing Business Analysis into portfolio governance / decision making Providing a holistic view across all epics in orchestration to identify commonality, constraints, opportunities and improvements Responsible for working alongside a Solution Architect and/or Enterprise Architect to look at long term roadmap and identify gaps in capability provision of North Star architecture and wider ecosystem, determining how to fill these gaps/align with delivery Lead the identification and management of stakeholders in the orchestration process Support translation of orchestration epics into JIRA capabilities for delivery workstreams Facilitate the breakdown of technical, data, and customer experience requirements to provision service blueprintsWHAT YOU'LL NEED Previous experience working as a business analyst or service designer with a focus on either business processes or technical delivery Excellent stakeholder management skills An interest in the automotive industry and data / technology. Automotive experience beneficial The ability to think logically and critically Some experience in Agile delivery and / or exposure to portfolio management is a plus Have a desire to continue to learn new data tools / skills
