The Quest...
As the Lead Azure Consultant, you'll be the captain of a team of up to 10 Azure Consultants, whilst working closely with enterprise customers to weave their Cloud transformation tapestry. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to shape the future of the customers cloud landscapes, define the destiny of your team and develop the careers of the people you work with.

Your Mission...
Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 Azure consultants, shaping their destinies with career coaching and project mentorship.
Collaborate with the Head of Cloud Services to align team utilization with project demands and strategic goals.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, where knowledge is power, and improvement is the only constant.

Customer Journey..
Forge alliances with key client stakeholders, decoding their business requirements into Azure solutions.
Host client workshops educating on Azure capabilities and best practices.
Ensure customer satisfaction, spotting opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Azure services.
Oversee multiple Azure projects simultaneously, ensuring they soar to new heights within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Technical Expertise...
Possess an in-depth understanding of core Azure services, leading the charge in designing, implementing, and deploying Azure-based wonders.
Master the arts of Azure migration/modernization/rationalization strategies, DevOps practices, and the magic of automation.
Speak the language of Azure IaaS/PaaS, Automation/IaC (Powershell, Bicep, ARM, Terraform), and wield the powers of Microsoft CAF, Blueprints, and Landing Zones.
Secure CI/CD Pipelines using service principles, roles, managed identities, RBAC, and IAM.

Your background...
Previous experience leading and managing teams of consultants or technical professionals.
Experience steering enterprise organisations towards their Azure North Star.
Passionate about exploring the 'Art of the Possible"
Knowledge and experience of the Microsoft Partner Eco-System + Microsoft best practices.
