You can see the bigger picture and understand why it's important to be the main point of contact between your team and production to efficiently delegate appropriate tasks for the benefit of the game development.You also champion the voice of your colleagues, not afraid to innovate and bring ideas to life. Whilst you may not be fully hand on with animation, you still have a solid understanding of trending and emerging tools, techniques and processes at the cutting edge of animation. The following skills and experience would be highly desirable:Previous experience of leading and mentoring a team, with the ability to demonstrate strong leadership, team building and people management skills.Strong working knowledge of relevant animation software (e.g. Maya, Motion Builder etc.),AAA production workflows and pipelines.Excellent knowledge of animation principles and how to apply them effectively.Experience editing mocap data, (understanding and/or using) of in-house mocap capture solutions and directing mocap shoots.Ability to adopt and effectively communicate using different styles when working with team members across the world with various cultural backgrounds.Joining Ubisoft you will contribute to a fun and friendly team that values openness and inclusivity as one of our key pillars.
