Lead and Senior Avionic/Electrical Design Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the certification of large aircraft modifications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and customer requirements. As a part of the global engineering services team, you will collaborate with colleagues across multiple time zones to identify engineering solutions for various aircraft cabin flight deck and cabin interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Engineering Manager and global engineering services team to identify engineering requirements and solutions for aircraft cabin flight deck and cabin interior projects.
Lead certification activities to ensure compliance with design requirements, serving as a technical focal point for electrical/avionic equipment and systems changes.
Compile and review engineering accomplishment documentation, including wiring diagrams, wire routing installation drawings, harness fabrication drawings, and service bulletins.
Compile and review certification documents to demonstrate compliance with relevant electrical systems related airworthiness requirements.
Review and approve documentation produced by suppliers to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Represent the company in customer meetings, providing on-site support during the embodiment phase of projects.
Occasional national and/or international travel to visit customers and subcontractors.
