Role overviewWe're looking for a Lead and Demand Generation Operations Lead to join our Audience team to lead our daily effort to meet the highest levels of campaign delivery, with a focus on technical processes and capabilities, whilst keeping an eye on the campaign objectives, quality and execution.Reporting to the CTO and working with senior colleagues,
you'll play a important role in the development and delivery of oneninefive’s digital marketing campaign capabilities and calling campaigns. You will contribute to our technical infrastructure roadmap, continuously improve delivery standards and deliver ongoing iterative enhancements towards agreed long-term capability and performance goals.We offer hybrid working opportunities for this role to either our London or Manchester office. We are open to someone looking for a part-time opportunity that can commit to 30 hours per week.As a Lead and Demand Generation Operations Lead at oneninefive, you will:
Manage 2-3 direct reports to ensure technical campaign delivery excellence Build an oversight of the technical systems that allow us to deliver our telemarketing, content syndication, demand generation and data services. Work with the CTO to contribute to the technology development roadmap. Work directly with our development team to enhance our in-house Campaign Delivery Platforms. Work with customers, providing guidance and support on integrations from our delivery methods into their chosen lead management, marketing automation and webinar platforms. Have opportunities to prototype and bring to market new products and solutions in the Demand Generation space, including new audience engagement channels and techniques and technologies such as AI. You’ll bring: 3+ of years experience in specific marketing and wider technologies Experience in important technical aspects of outbound performance digital marketing, in particular email marketing (including cold email delivery techniques) Experience with lead generation and nurture via messaging platforms, data trafficking and manipulation via APIs Knowledge of privacy legislation (for example GDPR and
CCPA) and considerations relevant to outbound digital marketing and data management An understanding of using a range of digital and voice marketing techniques, along with data-driven insights and enhancements to achieve conversion improvements both to new audiences and existing subscribers. Knowledge of analysing data points to identify trends, reporting findings to inform campaign and platform enhancements Skills in Email Tracking and Email deliverability, Cold / volume email sends considerations and techniques, and Email Server Setup and management Experience in Data management and reporting, and data dashboard building Skills in conducting call reviews and quality assurance (QA), ensuring high levels of customer service Experience in multiple platforms and tools including Marketing Lead Data validation and routing tools, Telemarketing tools and platforms, Webinar tools, ESP/email platforms, Routing, API and Webhooks technologies, Data visualisation and presentation tools, Marketing Automation tools and Data platforms And in return, oneninefive offers:
