Job DescriptionShape the Future of Young Footballing Talent at Cambridge United!Head of Academy MedicalDo you have a passion for sports medicine and a desire to make a real impact on the lives of young athletes? Cambridge United is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Academy Medical to join our team and play a pivotal role in the development of our future stars.The Impact You'll Make:Lead and manage all medical provision for our Academy players, aged U9 to U21.Provide clinical examinations and interventions for U18 and U21 players.Oversee communication with the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) for U18-U21 players.Support the Academy U9-U16 Lead Therapist in managing the Schoolboy Medical programme.Your Skills and Experience:Qualified Physiotherapist (BSc or MSc).Level 4 ITMMiF and/or Level 5 ATMMiF qualifications (or equivalent).HCPC registration and recent DBS check.Experience working in an elite sporting environment with young athletes, preferably in a football academy setting.Leadership and team management experience.Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.A passion for sports medicine and a commitment to player development.Ready to take your career to the next level?Click the button below to apply and start shaping the future of Cambridge United!Apply Now!The Executives in Sport Group are retained on behalf of Cambridge United to appoint a Head of Academy Medical.
