Are you an ambitious Law Firm operations manager who wants to grow with a business, developing your entrepreneurial and business skills? This is a highly unique remote working role with a London HQ boutique law firm.
The firm is recruiting for an experienced, highly capable and motivated individual to take a central role in running the firm's operations as the business enters a period of fast scaling.
Reporting to the Practice Director the Operations Manager will be instrumental in coordinating and developing multiple facets of the business, with a central role in developing and enhancing the client service offering.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in law firm operations/billing and be able to commute in to central London once a month for meetings.
The Role
Management and oversight of the Operations team, having responsibility for the day to day coordination of team members based on work volumes and skill set.
Recruitment, training and development of new Operations team joiners.
Overseeing client onboarding processes, including KYC and associated tech systems.
Liaising with the firm's compliance experts to ensure operations and processes meet all necessary standards.
Overseeing and developing of the firm's time recording and billing procedures, driving efficiencies and improving processes.
