Laser Operator

Kelly Services are looking for a Punch and Laser Operator on a temp | temp to perm basis based in Wigston Magna, Leicestershire.
�14 per hour.
8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday

This role involves setting up, programming and maintaining punch & laser cutting machinery, as well as monitoring and adjusting the machinery to ensure a high-quality product is produced.

Laser Operator Duties

• Set up and operate Trumpf punch & laser cutting machines.
• Set up and operate Bystronic laser cutting machines.
• Monitor punch & laser machines during operation.
• Maintain and troubleshoot punch & laser equipment.
• Monitor the quality of parts produced.
• Keep records of production and operation of the machines.

Laser Operator Requirements

• Able to read technical drawings & set up sheets.
• Able to set up and operate punch & laser cutting machines.
• Able to check and measure the accuracy of components.
• Able to work accurately and pay attention to detail.
• Able to work to tight deadlines.
• An FLT licence is desirable.
