A major rapidly growing design and fabrication business specialising in steel garden and landscaping products are looking for an experienced Laser Operator/Setter for their new site based in the West Bromwich area!
Hourly Salary: �12.65 to �13.80 (DOE)
Weekly Hours: Mon to Fri - 7am to 3pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate laser cutting machines to cut and shape sheet metal according to specifications
- Set up and adjust laser cutting parameters for different materials and thicknesses
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance on laser cutting machines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow
- Previous experience as a Laser Operator or similar role preferred ( 3 Years or similar.)
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of laser cutting principles
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments
- Knowledge of tooling, welding, and fabricating techniques is a plus
