Package: £35000 - £45000 per annum + pension plus extensive other benefitsRole:Resolve Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the UK's most successful Insurers.If you would like to join a company which places a huge emphasis on valuing both their customers and employees, then please apply.Due to continued growth, our client is currently looking to employ an experienced Large Loss Claims Handler.Salary: Up to £45k (dependant on experience) plus extensive benefitsWould you like to work for an Insurer that offers exceptional support to their clients?Permanent, full timeThis role will be covering Large Loss/Complex Claims across the UK on a remote working from home basis.Duties include:Managing a portfolio of large loss claims which are due as a result of an RTAManaging your own diary and coordinating customer appointmentsTravelling to policyholders home addresses (usually 2-3 times a week); assessing the damageRecording all loses, valuing and negotiating a claim for settlementManage the claims spend and making authorised paymentsSupport the Customer Service team with complaints; particularly complaints involving the FOSProactively handle a portfolio of motor claims consisting of mainly high value bodily injury with a value up to £150,000.The successful candidate will have / be:Previous experience working as an Insurance Claim Handler including Personal InjuryStrong knowledge of insurance/indemnity policiesCapable of negotiating claims with policyholders and loss assessorsStrong customer service skills with the ability to negotiateA full clean driving license is required due to the nature of the roleOur client is offering a generous benefits package to include 25 days holiday, an onsite gym and a strong investment in employee talent management.If this looks to be of interest to you, please apply TODAY!!
