It’s an exciting time to join AXA, with significant investment planned in all UK&I businesses to transform, deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes.  As part of this, we are looking for talented people to join our Client Services team.Within this role, you’ll lead and develop a team of Membership Co-ordinator’s across 3 locations, including a team of offshore colleagues, to deliver timely and accurate membership changes across a large corporate portfolio of clients.We're looking for someone who will pioneer the delivery of an effective service to ensure client satisfaction, SLA delivery, invoicing accuracy, and enable effective claims management.  At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, such as part-time or condensed hours, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.What you’ll be doing: Lead a busy team of Membership Administrators skilled in the delivery of exceptional service to our internal and external customers.  Manage resources to manage peaks and trough in activity and track productivity to ensure service standards are consistently maintained.Set clear, challenging objectives and performance standards which support business’ goals and ensures our customers receive exceptional service.  Manage and maintain the ongoing relationship with a team of membership administrators based in AXA GOBO, a wholly owned AXA sister company based in India.Regularly engage with our IT support teams who enable some of the automated processes used by the team. Support the on-going coaching and development of team through support, coaching and monitoring.Motivate and empower the team to take ownership for customer activity and instill a solution focused environment.Ensure an exceptional level of service delivery which aims to exceed the expectations of external and internal customers and builds strong relationships.Maintain a clear understanding of who our key stakeholders are and the interdependencies between the Membership Admin team and other business areas.  Continuously seek and identify ways in which the business can deliver an ever-improving service level to our internal and external clients, using and embracing the latest automation and RPA solutions and techniques. Embrace and manage change in a way which enables your team to adapt and accept changes to working practice by effective implementation, monitoring and communication.Be the key interface for department for all projects, both local initiatives and larger scale business projects.  Due to the number of applications we expect to receive for this role, we reserve the right to close this advert earlier than the listed closing date to ensure we’re able to effectively manage interest.
