Job Details
Managing your own portfolio of motor personal injury cases in excess of £150k per claimCommunicating with our customers, witnesses, insurers, repairers, solicitors, medical agencies, case managers etc. to bring about the speedy resolution of claimsActing as a technical referral point, providing coaching, mentoring and training to our wider claims handling teamsMaintaining Reinsurer confidence by reporting and providing timely and regular updates in accordance with our Reinsurance treatyContributing to our bi-annual Large Loss Technical Forums by suggesting topics and issues to be covered and playing a more substantive role where required by writing and/or delivering materialPlaying an active role in undertaking various strategic projects to ensure what the team continues to evolve and stay a step ahead of industry trends and performance Skills we would love you to have Experience within the motor industry, handling personal injury claims in excess of £150kStrong indemnity and liability knowledge, with an understand of the Civil Procedure Rules, Serious Injury Gide, The Rehabilitation Code and litigation proceduresSomeone who is passionate about a career in Large Loss and is keen/ready to work on their own technical development What we offer
